The Felsentherme is the large public spa in Bad Gastein, right next to the railway station and Stubnerkogel Lift in the centre of town. Since being refurbished recently, it is now a fantastic oasis of tranquillity and relaxation in the heart of the mountains. With the outdoor pools connected to the indoor pools, you need never leave the comfort of the thermal water as you go outside into the Alpine landscape. Inside, you can enjoy a water massage in a Jacuzzi area or a waterfall pool.

Upper levels of the Felsentherme have many saunas and steam rooms with views across the mountains. You'll also find rest rooms and restaurants all in the complex.

The Alpentherme is one of the most modern spas in Austria. The Austrians themselves travel to the Alpentherme, but its within easy reach of the apartment.

The spa boasts 2 indoor pools, 2 outdoor, countless saunas, family pool with loads for kids, beauty and therapeutic treatments on offer and large restaurant with some excellent, healthy food. In the summer, the private grounds of the Alpentherme are full of sun loungers and provides a great place to relax in the summer sun. Look out across the mountains to the highest peaks, the running waters of the spa, paragliders in the cloudless skies - it is a fantastic place!

The Gastein Heilstollen is a former gold mine under Sportgastein is now used to treat patients inside the mountain! People from many countries come to Bad Gastein to take many of the treatments on offer.

Treatment in the Heilstollen involves a therapeutic combination of heat and radon therapy at alpine elevations. As a result, the Heilstollen represents the most intensive, most effective form of therapy in Gastein Valley. It takes place at five therapy stations with increasing temperature (37 to 41.5 °C) and humidity (70 to 100%).

The Heilstollen is used to treat Musculoskeletal Conditions, Respiratory Complaints and Skin Ailments. The success rate of patients using the Heilstollen verges on 90 percent, which makes the Gastein Heilstollen the No.1 choice when it comes to natural forms of therapy.
